Vision++ and KUKA have built a full-blown Random Bin Picking installation in which objects detected in 3D are sorted by a robot.

This installation was realized in cooperation with KUKA for the GRaB project. In this project Vision++ has developed a Generic Random Bin Picking platform that enables a swift integration between our industrial vision applications and a wide variety of robots. With this, we can offer a faster, more reliable and robust solution to your bin picking problems.

The demonstration video highlights the accuracy and processing power (object recognition, path planning, collision detection, ...) of the system.
